most recently known as plant sound girl, lila creates original sound experiences using the electrical activity of living plants. what began as an experiment has grown into a global community of 300,000+ people, with her plant-frequency work reaching hundreds of millions online.
a former recording artist, songwriter, producer, and filmmaker, lila’s music has been featured in 30+ television shows and trailers and heard around the world.
after experiencing her own profound transformation through hypnotherapy, lila became passionate about helping others create meaningful change from the inside out. she now works 1:1 as a certified hypnotherapist and coach, helping people shift old patterns, build confidence, and step into what’s possible for them.
whether she’s working with a plant, a sound, or a person, lila’s work is ultimately about helping us reconnect — with ourselves and with the living world.
